On March 16th, 2020, Zhejiang Provincial High Quality Development Forum of the Manufacturing Industry kicked off in Hangzhou . Che Jun, Secretary of CPC Zhejiang Committee, made an important address, and Yuan Jiajun, Vice Secretary of CPC Zhejiang Committee and Governor of Zhejiang Province, took the chair. The Forum commended the provincial advanced units in manufacturing industry including Per Mu Benefit Leading Enterprises and Eagle Action Cultivation Enterprises. Chairman Chen Xuehua was invited to attend the conference and received the award on stage when Huayou Cobalt was listed in Provincial Leading Enterprises of Per Mu Benefit in Manufacturing Industry (Digital Economy Top 20).
Che Jun, Secretary of CPC Zhejiang Committee, stressed the equal importance of persisting in leading high-quality development of manufacturing industry with new development concept and accelerating the construction of global advanced base in manufacturing industry, both shall be strengthened substantially to provide powerful support for the construction of “two high levels”. Che Jun claimed to make great efforts to build global advanced base in manufacturing industry, which is the foundation underlying all our efforts to build a powerful country as well as the cornerstone of Zhejiang economy featured by thriving private economy and real economy. That’s the very secret of prosperous people and strong province and the only way which must be passed to the modernization.
Yuan Jiajun, Vice Secretary of CPC Zhejiang Committee and Governor of Zhejiang Province, pointed out that, we shall emphasize the release of major reform bonus, put forth effort to enhance supply of major policies, insisting on “ranking according to Per Mu Benefit”, leading the resource elements to the advantageous regions, advantageous industries and advantageous enterprises, reduce tax, fee, rent, interest and disbursement for joint response to challenges, especially reduce disbursement of the government to support the enterprise rent concession and bank interest reduction and directionally support the enterprise making great contribution to the anti-epidemic work, forming a good situation that governments, banks and enterprises cooperate friendly in overcoming difficulties and propelling high-quality development.
Huayou Cobalt has insisted for years on the concept of green development, guide of high-quality development, engine of scientific and technological innovation, stimulation of energy-saving and cost-reducing, the bottom of safe production, and taking its duty of performing social responsibility of the enterprise, as well as insisted on high-quality development led by new development concept to promote the progress of the enterprise.
