On July 26, to deepen the "three services" and demonstrate new achievements-Jiaxing city's Work Promotion Conference on "Strengthening Enterprises with Talents" was held. Gong Heyan, member of the standing committee of municipal Party committee, organization department director, Chen Yueqiang, deputy director of the standing committee of the municipal people's congress, Shen Xiaohong, deputy mayor of the municipal people's government, and Li Yue, vice chairman of the municipal committee of the CPPCC attended and presented awards to the award-winning delegates. In the award ceremony, four categories of awards, including award for talent-attracting contribution, salary and subsidy award, award for social security subsidy and subsidy award for talent-attracting were presented on site. The group won the "Subsidy Award for Talent-Attracting" and its president Chen Hongliang won the "Salary and subsidy Award", with the award amount ranking first in Tongxiang city.

In recent years, with the rapid development of the company, new requirements have been put forward for the total quantity and quality of human resources, demanding not only a large number of highly skilled frontline operators, but also a large number of compound talents who understand technology, and are good at management and operation. In order to realize the group's new round of great development, we must unswervingly implement the strategy of strengthening enterprises with talents and increase the efforts to introduce outstanding talents. Gong Heyan, member of the standing Committee of the municipal Party committee and organization department director, pointed out at the conference that to hold a work promotion conference on deepening the "three services" and demonstrating new achievements-Jiaxing city's "talent strengthening enterprise" is to further mobilize the city to further strengthen the awareness of providing good services for enterprises, promote the implementation of the "talent strengthening enterprise" strategy, further stimulate the main role of enterprises in attracting talents, and provide strong support for the city to build a talent highland in the Yangtze river delta. Director Gong Heyan stressed that achievements should be made in the following three aspects: firstly, to establish its status of priority and unswervingly promote the strategy of "strengthening enterprises with talents"; Secondly, to take the initiative and try every possible ways to build the core advantage of "strengthening enterprises with talents”. Thirdly, make concerted efforts from top to bottom to create a strong atmosphere for promoting “Strengthening Enterprises with Talents".

Around a total of 160 people attended the conference including representatives from Jiaxing municipal departments, county (city, district) Committee organization department, human resources and social security bureau, heads of some universities, research institutes, enterprises and public institutions, and award-winning talents delegates.
